Artarmon Public School

It’s a really good school. Huge school, very nice teachers I went to this school in 2021 year 6 and it’s very fun. Had a HUGE crush on someone and couldn’t tell him that for the whole YEAR Thank you Miss Ragg for great time at this school. (If you get her ur lucky as hell) I had three friends but sometimes I was sitting alone on lunch and recess mostly bcz I was too shy asking to play other people. Very good food there. It was a bit unfair that year six couldn’t go to the playground😫 I still went there tho. I really enjoyed my school and I graduated successfully. ❤️

attended from 2015 - 2016 Pretty much another primary school however with more and a wider range of opportunities from what I remember artarmon academy, band and others. Prepared me for high school well enough. Many teachers were nice, others strict but that's what you'd find in every school and not everyone responds well to different teaching styles. The facilities were lovely, I'm pretty sure they have renovated their older bubblers by now as as I recall having one explode in my face. My older primary school held a smaller school approach to learning and had much less opportunities in terms of learning an instrument in band or something like artarmon academy where students learned what they found interesting e.g. film, learning a new language etc.. etc..

I attended this school from 2017 to 2018 as part of OC. Huge oval, really cool renovations (though we only got 1 year of the building before we graduated) and a supportive environment. OC prepared me well for high school, and academic expectations were made to push us to achieve better goals :) Loved my time here overall and we all had a really strong bond as a class :D

My daughter has been attending this school for 1 year and she loved it. One great thing is that they have math student book and homework book. They use maths plus, which is a very good math book. Homework book helps consolidate basic concepts and easy for parents to help in time. Teacher and staff are very responsible and doing best things for kids. They also have grammar teacher, music teacher and STEM teacher. They also use many outside professional to teach dance, tennis, body balance etc. They also organise knitting and Christmas crafts activity to help kids with living skills. This school value arts, as many time is allocated to sketching and painting. Kids are relaxed and learning happily. After the upgrade of facility, learning environment is very good and kids have spacious Thompson oval to run around and 3 playing equipment to play with. We appreciate principle and teachers to make this school great!
