Bourke Street Public School

Went here in from kindi to year 6, I'm now in year 10 and can say this is still the best school I've been to. Amazing teachers, very multicultural and is now a light rail ride away from the inner city. 5/5, I would recommend anyone considering it to pick this school for their child's attendance. -Hunter (hope someone remembers me)

I went to this school last year and I have to say it was the best, most of teachers are nice and students and they gave me very good education I was at this school from year 1 to 6 and I had such fun times there and memories and I heard that they made school hats that is amazing! The principal is so good and he’s really funny I miss this school.

I went here from Kindy through to year six. When I started there where barely and kids around 64 in the whole school! When my year came we where basically the golden year that started the whole school. But mostly thanks to the greatest principal. When I left after 7 years the school was left with 400 kids. I have had many experiences and I would say that almost no teacher is bad. The only thing I say is that sometimes they can be quite biased, I know how it all works. To be school captain you need to put in ours of effort, lots of self confidence and gain the teachers side. I know it's not all fair but if you come to bourke street I will assure you, you will the best 7 years of your life😄

I can personally verify that this school has very high security measures. Would strongly recommend for any family with young children
