Haileybury is a uniquely rewarding educational experience. Through our focus on brilliant teaching and learning, strong community ethos and supportive learning environments students can discover more, achieve more and become more.  With four campuses located in Berwick, Brighton, Keysborough and the Melbourne CBD, Haileybury is accessible to families from Greater Melbourne. At Haileybury our students are the central focus of everything we do, and every student matters every day. Our students are empowered to explore their passions amongst a bold learning culture, where we strive to develop resilient, independent learners ready to face the world around them. Haileybury students are able to flourish because of the strong teaching and developmental framework we have in place. Innovative teaching methods and a firm focus on academic excellence inspire classroom learning, while a safe and supportive learning environment and strong community ethos help every student build confidence, connection and a strong sense of place. Our Parallel Education Model is a key part of this approach, and delivers teaching and learning in a way that recognises the unique and changing social, emotional and educational needs of each and every student. Our Parallel Education Model provides the best of both worlds in one school: while learning in separate classes girls and boys share the same campus, allowing them to socialise and enjoy co-curricular activities together. From ELC to Year 4 students learn in co-education classes before moving to the Girls or Boys Middle School for Years 5-12. Haileybury provides a safe and supportive learning environment underpinned by our award-winning Wellbeing program. This includes a Pastoral Care program tailored to each schooling stage. Each student is guided by a homeroom teacher (Junior and Middle Schools), a tutor (Pre-Senior) or a tutor and Head of House (Senior School). Psychologists, Deputy Principal (Wellbeing) and other expert staff also support students. A health and wellbeing program runs from Preparatory to Pre-Senior, while Senior School has a Personal Excellence program. Haileybury delivers excellent academic results year on year due to hard work and application by our students throughout the school year. We balance our academic focus with sport, music, performances, competitions and community initiatives that allow each student to celebrate their individual interests and talents whilst developing self-worth and confidence. Our vast range of activities in our Co-curricular and Extra-curricular program aim to offer a balance to the academic focus, allowing each student to deepen their understanding and interest in their chosen pursuits and future pathways.
