Nazareth College is a Catholic co-educational school for students in Years 7–12. We are focused on providing students with a rich, spiritual and educational experience. The College excels academically, vocationally and in Applied Learning. We recognise that every student has unique goals for their future and differing educational needs to reach those goals. A vital feature of the educational journey at Nazareth College is our approach to personalised learning. Our small class sizes, a wide range of subject choices and abundant extra-curricular opportunities ensure all students’ needs are met. We also offer acceleration courses which challenge high achieving students to achieve their full academic potential. Our recent facility upgrades include a new Science building, new tennis courts and new Food Technology kitchens. We are a school of opportunity which provides a vast array of co-curricular and extra-curricular activities. Students simply need to get involved and ‘give things a go’. Nazareth College has a well-established Vertical Pastoral Care program that aims to support the wellbeing needs of our student community. Having students in Years 7–12 in their homeroom helps ensure that all students are known and recognised. We are committed to developing resilient, respectful and responsible young individuals. Students are supported through our extensive wellbeing program. Our wellbeing team consists of the Deputy Principal, Director of Wellbeing, School Psychologist and Pastoral Teachers. Together, this team commits to building and maintaining an engaging, positive learning environment where all students feel safe and respected. Nazareth College has a dedicated Pathways Co-ordinator to guide and support students through their education options, both during and after their time at the College, and to help them find their path in life.
