Lilydale Heights College

I go here and oh my god its bad, ISTG everyone I know is miserable even seeing the school gates. the bullying is terrible, and the teachers are not that great either, only some are an exception. This school also cares more about the uniform than the actual learning and bullying problems, I’ve gotten detentions for having hair out before, but students have gotten warnings for bashing kids up. this is not acceptable LHC. There are some fun days, yes, but that doesn’t mean it’s a great school, its an ok at best. They are very slack on their rules. Honestly make your own decision, but I’m just warning you.

Shocking school, they care more about uniform then actually teaching. If you have the wrong pants =detention. If a bully hits your child =warning. If you have you hair down =detention if a child punches your child =warning. Really backwards school full of brats that won’t be taken in by other surrounding schools. Recent female principle left for Ringwood secondary and implemented all the rules but to just leave after 2 years. Says a lot about the school.

Excellent staff that go above & beyond for their students well being, educational needs and have made my daughters transition to secondary school so positive. I am so happy with the curriculum, class numbers and communication between myself & staff.
