Craigie Heights Primary School

A wonderful, caring school, which provides a wide variety of learning opportunities for students from STEM to drama and music; and recognises the importance of encouraging creativity. There is a strong emphasis on pastoral care and the school is very supportive of parents and children with special needs. The current Principal is dedicated, empathetic and very approacable. Her strong leadership has ensured that the school is truely child-centred, providing opportunities for creative outdoor play, and building social and emotional skills as well as academic.

I'm a granddad with two grandkids at the school and another who's now in secondary school. My only involvement has been as a guest on various grandparent days and one evening when I stood in for the grandkids dad on a Father's Night, as he was away working. My impression is that it's a lovely, gentle, welcoming school, which is obviously due to the leadership of the Principle and the skills of her staff. I was so impressed on my last visit, I wrote to the Principle, complimenting her, this is a great school, with fabulous dedicated staff, led by a wonderful, warm and caring Principle. Greg Ross

My children have proudly been part of the CHPS community for the last 12 years. The staff are so supportive and inclusive, approachable and friendly, and go out of their way to provide all students with a fun and stimulating learning environment. Our principal is an amazing lady, and we are so lucky to have her leading our school.

My families experience with Craigie Heights Primary has been amazing. My children love the school and having been apart of Craigie Heights for 7 years. I find the principle extremely approachable and caring. Our principle has been such a positive influence at the school.

Craigie Heights has such a wonderful positive energy. The principal and staff are knowledgeable and extremely supportive of both students and families. A great community atmosphere and my children love going to school each day.
